Training to Deployment Process
- Initial CAD Test: Candidates will undergo an assessment test to assess their proficiency in design tools and aptitude.
- Domain-Specific Training: Selected candidates will receive industry standard training on tools such as Creo, CATIA and more along with RFQ handling, project management, and client workflow standards, ensuring they are job-ready upon deployment.

- Deployment: Successful candidates will be placed on third party rolls for specific periods to work in our partner companies.
